Easter buffet brunch
will be served this Sunday at the ocean-view Monterey Bay Ballroom at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa.

On the menu:

Cold Buffet
Oysters and clams on the half shell
Wild caught shrimp, Peel “N” Eat
Cocktail sauce and lemon
California cheeses with candied nuts, spring fruits, crackers and bread sticks
Crudités of grilled vegetables, asparagus, artichokes,
Squash and blue cheese dip
Artisan mixed greens with grain mustard vinaigrette & fried goat cheese
Tomato basil mozzarella Caprese salad
Smoked salmon, mini bagels, cream cheese, capers and onions
California sushi rolls, wasabi, soy sauce and ginger
Tuna Nicoise salad with green beans,
Fingerling potatoes, garlic chips
Caesar salad with sourdough croutons, shaved Parmesan and garlic dressing
Creamy potato salad with whole grain and tarragon mayonnaise
Roasted beet salad with goat cheese and arugula
