Chez Papa and Kate’s Vineyard invite you to an Epicurean evening
Info Post
Chez Papa Resto is proud to showcase the Sedna wines of Kate’s Vineyard
Located in the Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley, Kate’s Vineyard is the 30 year old estate of Sally, Kate and Bill Bryant, growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Syrah. The land is on the edge of an alluvial fan, which provides deep and somewhat rocky soils. The area enjoys nearly daily breezes. The wines are gently handcrafted and are made exclusively from the fruit they grow. They help make the wines, with expert advice and the help of a small band of friends: the Harvest Heroes. Tim Milos is their extraordinarily talented winemaker. The wines are offered under their Sedna label. (Sedna is the subject of a creation story among the Inuit, the native people of far Northern Canada. The wines have a clean, fruity style clearly reflecting their origin. We paired them with a sumptuous 4 course dinner crafted by our executive chef David Bazirgan and his sous chef Nicolaï Lipscomb. To ensure a seat for this 7:00 pm November 16th event, please call: (415) 546 4134 or Email us at chezpapadining@yahoo.com
